Over the years I built an extensive experience in design and research that allows me to feel comfortable leading both big and small design initiatives from conception to launch and beyond, or building upon existing applications. I love asking the right questions and I am passionate about transforming research insights into simple but intuitive user interfaces with high usability and strong visuals, finding a balance between benefiting the user, achieving business goals and meeting technical constraints.

I enjoy working in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with developers, designers, PMs, and other stakeholders. The best solutions arise from sharing ideas and confrontation. I value transparency and communicate clearly, preferring fast feedback cycles with team and users. Failures are opportunities for learning. I’m continuously looking to improve my skills, something I believe should never stop.
